Julene Tegerstrand, Ph.D., is a certified spiritual director with fifteen years of experience accompanying individuals who seek a deeper, more contemplative way of being. With a doctorate in Leadership Studies and expertise in contemplative leadership and conflict transformation, Julene creates space for those navigating spiritual longing, transition, or leadership loneliness so they can live and lead from the inside out. Her approach is rooted in the wisdom of Benedictine and Ignatian spirituality and shaped by the principles of Nonviolent Communication (NVC). Julene has been integrating contemplative practices in her teaching and ministry in Nazarene Higher Education for 20 years.
